OUR STAFF COMPLIANCE
Robust Policies and Procedures on Recruitment and Selection, Equal Opportunities and Anti-Discriminatory Policies in line with Schedule 3, Regulation 21 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulation 2010 are in place.
All our applicants are required to complete an application form in which they are required to provide information on their personal details, health declaration, their full employment history and are required to complete disclaimer form. They are required to provide original proof of their identity including a recent photo, original copies of their certificates/qualifications and proof of right to work in the UK. SABAOTH CARE LTD request two references from candidates. We keep the record of interview and do a drug calculation/Maths Test for our qualified nurses.
Further security checks are undertaken through Disclosure Barring Service (DBS), which includes P.O.V.A and P.O.C.A. SABAOTH CARE LTD does not engage any staff without a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure certificate. We also obtain employment references, and carry out authenticity of qualification verification with the issuing authorities.
References are followed up and reasons why employment in that position ended and any gaps in employment are explored prior to engagement. All our Nurses have also been cleared by Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) to ensure suitability.
